Online Application
To expedite your application for financial assistance through EKF you are encouraged to initiate the application process by providing us with some basic information about your situation. Please complete this form and click submit. We will begin to review your information and get in touch with your social worker. Please note that additional information (i.e. billing statements, invoices, expense receipts, third party contact information, etc.) may need to be submitted as well. These items may need to be faxed or mailed to EKF in order for your application to be processed. Applicants are also asked to include a brief letter of hardship explaining your child’s situation. This can be submitted via email, fax, or mail.
