  • What's This All About?

EKF is a grass roots effort to develop a national assistance program benefitting families of children with life-threatening heart disease. We provide short-term emotional, spiritual, and financial assistance to families currently in the midst of a heart related medical crisis involving their child. EKF supplements local and regional programs already in place around children’s hospitals throughout the country and works to stand in the gap on behalf of families whose short-term needs exceed available resources. floatingbutterfly
  • Quote of the Week

"Hope is a golden cord connecting you to heaven. This cord helps you hold your head up high, even when multiple trials are buffeting you... God never leaves your side, and God never let's go of your hand...Hope lifts your perspective from your weary feet to the glorious view you can see from the high road." -Sarah Young, Jesus Calling
